Our commitment

We believe that finding the right service professional should be simple and inclusive. Pointack is designed to be usable by people with a wide range of abilities, and we are continuously working to improve the accessibility of our platform.

Standards we follow

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as we build and update Pointack. This includes designing for keyboard navigation, screen reader compatibility, sufficient color contrast, resizable text and clear, predictable interactions.

Accessibility features

• Keyboard navigation. Core flows can be completed using only a keyboard.
• Semantic markup. We use appropriate headings, landmarks, labels and focus states to support screen readers.
• Alternative text. Meaningful images include descriptive alt text.
• Color and contrast. Text and interactive elements are designed to meet readable contrast ratios.
• Resizable interfaces. Layouts adapt to browser zoom and different screen sizes.
• Clear focus indicators. Interactive elements show visible focus states.

Known limitations

While we work to address issues quickly, some third-party integrations or legacy content may not yet meet our accessibility targets. We welcome feedback so we can prioritize improvements.

Pointack may contain links to or embed content from third-party websites and service providers. We encourage those providers to meet accessibility standards, but we are not responsible for their content or compliance.

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We regularly review the platform, test with assistive technologies and incorporate feedback from users to make Pointack better for everyone.
